Job Description The mechanic assists with maintaining golf course cutting equipment, for the support of golf course maintenance operations.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair equipment used for golf course operationsEnsure equipment is repaired and ready for use in a timely mannerMaintain golf course cutting equipment in optimal usable conditionHave a thorough understanding of safe and proper usage of hand and power toolsHave a thorough understanding of safe and proper usage of reel grinding equipmentMaintain a safe and clean work stationQualificationsPrevious experience and knowledge of how to diagnose and repair mechanical and small engine equipment requiredMust be comfortable with and possess knowledge of safe and proper use of power tools Basic understanding of hydraulic and wiring schematicsPrevious experience using a reel grinder is preferredMust be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions for extended periods of timeOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
