Using the support of the Business Development Department and the Marketing Department, analyzing marketing and sales results against expectations, and making recommendations for future improvements.
This position is a key member of the national sales team, while responsible for supporting their local SBU and works on business development with regional accounts, transaction management of prospect list, and local outreach to key constituent groups.
Also responsible for supporting, the Patent Care Network, public relations, Center for Public Advocacy, Graduate School, Development and Publishing strategies.
Develop, implement, and manage sales/marketing programs for the assigned SBU in local or state geographyCoordinate and collaborate with Business Development team and other members of the national sales team to execute on sales/marketing plans.
Support the National marketing and sales efforts to maximize exposure to Hazelden's key marketing messagesAnalyze sales and marketing results against marketing program expectationsResponsible for national outreach to key constituent groups and for tactically supporting strategies that builds value at the national levelAssure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests, and visitorsRequired
Qualifications:
Degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field1
years of sales and marketing experience with proven resultsFamiliarity with addiction/recovery principlesExperience with CRMExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPointOrganizational skillsAbility to work independently and be self-motivated Preferred
Qualifications:
Sales experience in healthcare or behavioral health field.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
