POSITION PURPOSE Assist and support the achievement of the Division's goals and the maintenance of adequate internal controls over all areas of hotel operations.
A hands on position with direct responsibilities over all areas of hotel's daily accounting functions and supervision of the accounting staff personnel.
Enforce the maintenance of Dolphin policies and procedures as they apply to the operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AVERAGE % OF TIME 75% Complete and/or supervise completion of daily office responsibilities including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, night audit and income audit, general cashier and, in some cases, payroll processing.
20% Compile, verify accuracy and submit information to Director of Finance for their use in preparation of hotel's financial reports.
10% Ensure implementation and compliance with Financial Policy and Procedure Manual.
The hourly rate $22.
50-$24.
50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
