- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
