0 Duties:
Presents a professional appearance to visitors in the Human Resources Department.
Manages clerical tasks such as collecting IDs, obtaining offer letter signatures from new hires, and ensuring compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
Takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and reports suspected violations.
Prepares the Front Lobby daily for opening and closing, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Facilitates new hire processing following their employee health visit, including paperwork completion, badge creation, and providing necessary information to HR Staffing Representatives (HRSRs).
Creates the HRSR phone schedule and assists with special projects as assigned.
Demonstrates self-motivation, organizational skills, and excellent customer service throughout all tasks.
Keeps the HR section of Ikenet updated, including cost center distribution lists, contact lists, and HR File library.
Manages licensure reports, conducts Primary Source verification, and updates Workday accordingly.
Education and
Experience:
Required education:
High school diploma, GED, or higher level degree.
Required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of computer and telephone experience, medical or general front office experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Preferred
Experience:
2-3 years of HR experience.
