Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Current state licensure required per state provisions.
CPRrequired.
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
Graduatefroman AMA (American Medical Association), two-year Radiologic Technologic program preferred.
Minimum1 year experience preferred Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledgeof radiology principles, procedures and standards, including appropriate radiologic exposure times and safety parameters.
Knowledgeof the physical and operational characteristics of radiologic equipment.
Knowledgeof clinical operations and procedures.
Ability to calibrate, configure, and adjust equipment and associated facilities and devices in accordance with procedures and standards.
Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress.
Demonstrates general computer skills including:
data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effectiveorganizationalandtime management skills.
Effectivewrittenandverbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Responsibilities:
Undergeneral supervision, operates radiology equipment to assist the Radiologist in diagnosis of disease or injury.
May prepare and administer various radiologic medications as appropriate to the nature of the radiologic procedure being carried or performed.
Integrates the hospital's mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
Posted Total Compensation :
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It's not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
