Job Objective:
A brief overview of the position.
This position is responsible for:
Creating the first and last impressions of the hospital experience for patients/guests/visitors by introducing and coordinating all non-clinical services available including administrative and technical support to the Director of the assigned Unit.
The position assists in administrative operations as directed by the Unit Director; provides various clerical, administrative, and general office support involving computer order entry, word processing, creating of forms, report preparation, record and file maintenance, scheduling of meetings, mail distribution and telephone reception.

Manages Reception desk functions in collaboration with the Clinical Director, included but not limited to, provide a warm welcome/farewell to all who enter/leaveAssists in identification of possible risk issues and coordinates with Clinical Director for appropriate resolution:
