JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of HOAs, responsible for all aspects of serving Homeowners and Association Board with superior client service and pro-active problem resolution On site inspections of all communities / Management of compliance in the communities / Work with vendors to coordinate their services / Attend Association Board meetings / Represent our company with the highest of integrity and standards / A positive, go-getter, problem solving attitude with ownership mentality / The ability to work independently, with little oversight
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook / Strong leadership abilities and be comfortable with public speaking in small and large groups / Conflict resolution skills / Ability to meet deadlines and address time sensitive issues / Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities / Excellent written and verbal communication skills / Ability to provide high-level client service with great attention to detail and organization / Willingness to learn company procedures and use specialized industry software / Dependable with a solid attendance record / Must learn quickly and be able to use available resources to obtain solutions.

Must have minimum of 2 years experience in HOA management Must have reliable transportation to conduct site visits and be available for evening meetings and occasional weekends Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:
Monday-Friday from approx.
8:
00am - 5:
00 pm with occasional weekends/evenings PREFERENCES:
Minimum 5 years HOA management experience Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
CCAM or CMCA designation, or equivalent, is preferred but not required
