Provides office support and clerical functions to the Director of Spiritual Care, staff Chaplains and volunteer chaplain assistants Reports to Director of Spiritual Care Supervises N/A Ages of Patients N/A Blood Borne Pathogens Minimal/ No Potential Qualifications Education Required:
High School Diploma, GED or higher level degree Licensure/Certification N/A Experience Required:
Two (2) years of administrative support experience Preferred:
Experience in a clinical setting and using EPIC Software System Essential Responsibilities Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
Schedules and prepares daily assignments for Director of Spiritual Care, staff Chaplains and volunteer chaplain assistants.
Prepares materials for training programs for volunteer chaplain assistants.
Works with nursing departments on consult orders by phone or via EPIC is current and delegated to the correct person.
Schedules meetings for Director of Spiritual Care and staff Chaplains.
Ensures emergency clergy list on Ikenet is current.
Oversees scheduling of Chapel.
Ensures Chapel is clean at all times.
Ensures all necessary supplies (prayer beads, prayer mats, religious cards etc.
) are well stocked.
Ensures office equipment is working.
Orders supplies for Spiritual Care Department.
Oversees the Chapel to ensure an appropriate environment for worship.
Contacts Facilities/ Environmental Services Departments when there is need for attention.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Eisenhower Health Chaplaincy Services Schedule:
Part Time, Day, 8 Hour Shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
