The positions is responsible for department cleanliness, food purchase and storage, inventory, customer service and maintaining stock in assigned areas.

6 months of restaurant or food service experience.
Essential Responsibilities Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
Prepares food, paper and chemical inventories Maintains stock levels in assigned area.
Places orders for food, paper and chemical according to dept.
par levels Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas.
Responsible for delivery of 5-star meals Follows regulated hygiene standards Works all production shifts Follows proper safety procedures related to food service equipment and knives.
Follows proper food safety procedures related to preparation, storing and holding of foods.
Responsible for attending all required inservice training.
Communicates with production staff, catering associates, managers & Director regarding concerns or issues with deliveries and orders Dates and stores food.
Deals accurately with verifying proper delivery of product Acts reactively in ensuring storage areas stocked and clean.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Location:
Eisenhower Health Dietary Schedule:
Full Time, Varies, 8 Hour Shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
