A brief overview of the position.
The Human Trafficking Task Force Coordinator is a three year grant-funded employee position charged with the responsibility of coordinating and facilitating the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force in partnership with two co-lead entities, the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center and Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field Preferred:

California Driver License and a clean driving record Experience Required:
Three (3) years of leadership experience building community collaborations and facilitating multidisciplinary teams; Two (2) years of experience working with survivors of human trafficking and/or victims of crime Essential Responsibilities Facilitates activities between the co-leaders and manages the day-to-day operations of RCAHT with an emphasis on continuing to expand relationships with the members and other key stakeholders.
Conducts administrative tasks including data reporting from all of the members and combining data in regular reports as required.
Works in conjunction with the Task Force co-leaders to prepare agendas, assess potential partners, and discuss challenges.
Leads the Task Force meetings monthly to review, refine and update current written protocols, ensuring all goals, objectives, and deliverables are being executed timely Participates in the execution of outreach efforts for human trafficking awareness through the County.
Co-facilitates the Task Force by helping to convene regular Task Force meetings, plan meeting agendas and take minutes.
Assists in the refinement, review and update of current countywide task force protocols with guidance from task force committees; updates and reviews RCAHT MOUs and aligns to OVC Roadmap.
Assists in the identification of gaps in services and awareness throughout Riverside County (eastern, central and western regions).
Works with the Lived Experience Advisory Board and Lideres Campesinas to review, refine and update protocols, guides, service delivery and investigative activities to examine a victim-centered, survivor and trauma-informed approach to said policies and practices.
Participates in and coordinates the law enforcement subcommittee, victim service subcommittee, entertainment/hospitality subcommittee and other committees as deemed necessary.
Serves as a resource and co-coordinator with task force partners for large and/or complicated, multi-jurisdictional human trafficking cases.
Reaches out to other OVC-funded Tasks Forces to benchmark protocols and support peer-to-peer learning, and actively engages in task force coordinator working groups and listservs to stay abreast of recent trends and promising practices within the field.
Collects, shares and reports performance measurement data.
Assists in meeting grant management and reporting requirements, as well as contract compliance.
Works collaboratively with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and sub-award recipients to ensure timely, appropriate, and responsive grants management, including includes communication with grants specialists regarding logistical grant requirements.
Represents RCAHT at public speaking engagements upon request and as able.
Fields and facilitates requests for community education, training, and outreach, and refers requests to appropriate outreach staff.

Full Time, Day, 8 Hour Shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
