Responsibilities:

Conduct regular weekly checks of the property to ensure that it is in excellent condition.
Address any issues promptly and efficiently.

Guest Management:
Coordinate with guests, set up arrival times, meet them upon check-in, and provide a warm welcome.
Answer any questions they may have about the property and the local area.
3.
Tenant Requests:
Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners.
Attend to tenant requests and concerns, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
4.
Maintenance Coordination:
Oversee maintenance staff and contractors, dispatching them to address any building issues or small remodels as needed.
5.
Staging:
Ensure that the property is properly staged and ready for guest arrivals.
Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
6.
Cleaning:
Ensure that all rooms are cleaned thoroughly and kept in perfect condition for incoming guests after cleaning company has cleaned.
7.
Communication:
Maintain professional and effective communication with guests, tenants, and property owners.
Strive to provide a 5-star experience to all tenants and guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in managing Airbnb or VRBO properties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis and accommodate guest check-ins.
