Applicant must be highly organized and able to multi-task as well as detail oriented and have competent computer skills.
The Assistant works closely with the Lead Roaster and must be able to follow direction as well as work independently.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Labeling, weighing, bagging of product, inventory management, rotation of green and roasted coffee, meeting order fulfillment for on-line customer orders and weekly store fulfilment.
Will gain knowledge of Koffi brand offerings and learn the roasting process.
Will train the right candidate Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
