- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and files, Do patient referrals, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed - Provide excellent customer support, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks Requirements:
