The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the firm owner and management team.
Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients when entering and exiting the building with a welcoming, cheerful hello and smile.
Answering the phones with the same welcome, cheerful approach and routing calls as needed.
Must have professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, verbal, etc.
).
Receives and responds to incoming e-mails from clients and follows through on client requests.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
Organizes and prepares correspondence.
Must have knowledge of typical business correspondence and type checking skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling etc.
) at a proficient level.
Processes print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed.
Files client documents both paper and digital files.
Maintain and track client information and due date list.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
).
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Experience working in a CPA Firm as an Executive Administrative Assistant Other duties as assigned.
