Ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-company organizations, fast paced environment and excellent customer service.
Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work and follow instructions given.
This candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general office equipment.
Ultimately, we're seeking a candidate to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Ideal candidate will be proficient using multiple computer programs and have the ability to multitask.
This position will be responsible for maintaining internal efficiency by performing administrative tasks.
Duties to include but not limited to Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Human Resources Payroll (Paychex and ADP) Banking and Credit Card reconciliation Financial Statement Preparation Performing numerical analysis and formulating conclusions and/or solutions Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Certified Public Bookkeeper License (preferred) Notary Public (preferred) Job Type:
