A brief overview of the position.
The Donor Relations Assistant supports the Foundation Department of Eisenhower Health.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and assists in the efficient operation of the department Reports to Director, Donor Relations Supervises None Ages of Patients N/A Blood Borne Pathogens Minimal/ No Potential Qualifications Education Required:
Highschool, GED or Higher Level Degree Preferred:
Some college courses and/or computer courses desirable.
Liberal Arts Degree Preferred Licensure/Certification N/A Experience Required:
Minimum of two (2) years previous experience, preferably in a Not for Profit or Foundation setting.
Well-developed customer service skills Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with team members.
Part of team that understands Foundation enough to give donors proper answer by phone or in writing.
Data entry - software accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly.
Thoughtful and creative.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to improve.
Positive attitude for donors and team.
Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
Updates and enhances donor base through data input and processes donor gifts.
Has the basic understanding and knowledge to perform the essential responsibilities and tasks of all Donor Relations Assistant positions within the Foundation.
Takes responsibility for accurate acknowledgements of donations.
Communicates with donors in a manner that inspires and thanks them appropriately for their gifts.
Greets guests from the front reception desk in the Foundation and answers multi-line telephone, distributing calls to other staff members.
Other front office duties include, but are not limited to, distributing mail and ordering supplies.

Eisenhower Health Foundation Schedule:
Full Time, Day, 8 Hour Shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
